For over 15 years, I’ve worked across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, stepping into operations roles where execution mattered and systems had to work in real life - not just on paper.
I partner with growth-stage eCommerce founders to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the parts of the business that tend to break under scale: fulfillment, ownership, execution, and decision-making.
My role is simple: identify what’s getting in the way of execution, and help you build operations that support growth without requiring constant involvement from you.
